How can I contact your stores?

Do you have certified gunsmiths at your stores?
We currently have certified gunsmiths at our Apopka and Fort Lauderdale locations. For more information on what services our gunsmiths provide, visit our Gunsmithing page.
Do you sell any used guns?
We sell all of our used guns on Gun Broker. We do not sell used guns in any stores.
How old do I have to be to purchase firearms?
In accordance with Florida law, you must be 21 years or older to purchase any firearm, with the exception that active duty Law Enforcement, Corrections, or Military can purchase long guns with proof of valid credentials.
How old do I have to be to purchase ammo?
In accordance with Florida law, you must be 18 years or older to purchase rifle or shotgun ammo and 21 years or older to purchase handgun ammo.
Do your stores accept FFL transfers?
Yes! Shoot Straight charges a $35 transfer fee for all incoming FFL transfers.
What is your store return policy for firearms?
Shoot Straight does not accept returns for firearms once the customer has taken possession of the item. You may return a firearm purchase before it has been transferred to you, however all returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee. After a firearm is transferred to you, it is considered used and is now subject to used gun prices.
What is your store return policy for ammunition?
Shoot Straight does not accept returns for ammunition.
What is your store return policy for other items?
Any item that is not a firearm, ammunition, or optic is subject to a 30-day return period. If you chose to return your item, you must return it unused and in the original packaging for a refund, store credit, or exchange. We do not accept returns for optics under any circumstance.
Why does your website say an item is in stock, but my local store does not have it?
Our website inventory is controlled by our warehouse stock, while each individual store manages their own separate inventory. Please call your local store before visiting to confirm they have the item you are looking for before you visit.

Do you offer classes at your ranges?
Shoot Straight offers a Florida Concealed Weapons Permit class and a Basic Firearms Safety & Tactics class. Visit our Classes page to learn more about our offerings. Third party classes are also often hosted at our ranges, but are not managed by or affiliated with Shoot Straight.
Do you have range memberships?
Yes! Shoot Straight offers several inexpensive and cost-effective range memberships for regular shooters and their families. For more information, visit our Memberships page.
Can I rent a gun at your ranges?
Yes! You can find information about our firearm rental policy on our Firearm Rentals page.
Do you have an archery range?
Shoot Straight does not have an archery range at any location, nor do we sell any archery equipment.
I am an instructor. What do I need to do to use your range?

What are your range rules?
Every shooter who uses our ranges must abide by the universal rules of firearm safety. We also have range rules specific to our Shoot Straight ranges that can be found on our Range Rules page.
Does your range have an age limit?
Our shooting ranges do not have an age limit, however minors under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. For minors, we do have a height limit. Any shooter must be able to hold a firearm above the shooting bench. Each of our ranges are slightly different, so please reach out to your local Shoot Straight range to find out what height the shooting benches are.

I can’t find my FFL as an option. What do I do?
If you cannot find your FFL in our site’s dropdown menu, use the order notes box to enter the name, address, and phone number of the FFL (Federal Firearms License) dealer you want your firearm(s) delivered to. We will get in touch with them and exchange information. You can also email us your preferred store’s FFL license to sales@shoot-straight.com.
How old do I have to be to purchase a firearm online?
You must be 21 years of age or older to purchase a firearm from our online store.
How old do I have to be to purchase ammo online?
You must be 21 years of age or older to purchase ammunition from our online store.
What happens if I order something that is actually out of stock?
We work hard to prevent this from happening, but if for some reason an item you order is in fact out of stock we will inform you and issue you a refund to the payment method you provided. We reserve the right to cancel either the out-of-stock item(s) or the entire order.
Can I change or cancel my order after it is placed?
We process orders very quickly in order to ensure the fastest delivery possible. Because of this, we usually cannot change or cancel your order once it has been submitted. Please be sure to check all information on your order very carefully before placing your order. If you discover a mistake, contact us at 407-889-0842 and ask for online sales or call 321-396-3108 directly to let us know so we we can fix the issue.
My order has already shipped. Can I change the delivery address?
No. FedEx will not under any circumstances change the delivery address of an order once it has been shipped.
What is your online return policy for firearms?
Shoot Straight does not accept returns for firearms once the customer has taken possession of the item from their FFL. If there are any issues with your firearm order and you would like to send it back, you must do so prior to completing the transfer from your FFL to you, and this must be done within 15 days of when your FFL initially received the firearm. Shoot Straight is not responsible for any transfer fees or background check fees that your FFL charges for a transfer or return. All firearm returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
What is your online return policy for ammo?
Shoot Straight does not accept returns for ammunition purchases made on our website.
What is your online return policy for other items?
Any items purchased online that are not firearms, ammunition have a 14-day return window. You must return your item unused and in the original packaging. The shipping fee of your initial order is non-refundable. If you would like to initiate a return, please call us at 321-396-3108 or email us at sales@shoot-straight.com and we will send you a shipping label. Please return the items in the original shipping container with packing materials and ensure that the return information on the label matches this address: Shoot Straight Warehouse 1340 South Orange Blossom Trail, Apopka, Florida 32703.
